The Pat Gel Holder System is a 3D printable two-tray organizer designed by a 22-year nail tech specifically for the US nail market. Every pat gel on the market — Amazon, TikTok Shop, every US brand — is manufactured in China to standard dimensions. This holder was built around those exact dimensions. If you have pat gels, this fits them.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Every color visible at a glance — no more digging mid-set. Two expandable trays that hold your entire collection. A built-in brush rest so your desk stays clean. A retention bar that keeps your gels secure even when the tray moves. A decorative bow lid that doubles as a built-in mixing palette when you add a 6 inch x 2 3/4 inch piece of white vinyl inside (Chloe's personal upgrade — full instructions included). Print it in any color to match your brand. Print as many trays as your collection grows.

This is not a generic organizer. This was brought to the US market by someone who actually uses pat gels professionally and got tired of nothing working right.

WHAT YOU GET

One ZIP file containing 7 STL files — two tray bodies, two side panels, one assembly piece, one brush rest, and one decorative bow box lid.

One Print Ready Guide PDF with clickable affiliate links to everything you need — where to get it printed online (no printer required), the exact satin PLA filament to request, where to order the magnets, how to install the magnets with a mallet, how to add the vinyl mixing palette, recommended print settings, and a full FAQ.

One lifetime commercial license — print and sell physical units freely. You may not resell or redistribute the digital files themselves.

HOW IT WORKS

You do not need a 3D printer. After purchase, download your ZIP file from your Shopify order confirmation email. Open the Print Ready Guide, click the Treatstock link, upload your 7 STL files, choose Satin or Silk PLA in your color, and a local print shop ships it to your door. The guide walks you through every single step. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Getting it printed typically costs $15 to $45 depending on your provider.

ABOUT THE MAGNETS

Each tray uses 12 disc magnets (24 total per holder). Size: 0.2 x 0.08 inches. The magnet link is included in your Print Ready Guide. The slots are a snug press fit — use a mallet to seat them. No glue required. Test polarity before pressing each magnet in — once seated they are very difficult to remove.

COMPATIBLE WITH

All pat gel tins currently available on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and through US nail supply brands. All pat gels are manufactured in China to standard dimensions regardless of brand or where you purchased them.

It's nice, it's a great idea, but it needs some refining to actually be more useful. There are only 4 holes for magnets, which makes it not that stable. After spending $27 for the file and $50 for a local 3d printer company to print it I was left disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing idea, with great potential, it just needs more magnets. I may see if my print company can modify it to make it work, but the trays are so loosely together that they slide around making it not super practical for salon use and storage.
