Returns

To cancel or alter an order, please notify us within 12 hours of your placed order. If the order has already been processed but not shipped, there will be a 15% restocking fee or a minimum charge of $2.50 -- whichever is greater.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return. We only accept returns on products in like-new condition. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom items cannot be returned this includes press-on nails, gel nail tips, t-shirts, aprons, sweatshirts, leggings and any custom logo ordered items.

To complete your return, provide your order number and we will start the process.

Returned Shipments

Returned shipments will be refunded less the shipping cost and customs fees where applicable. Your refund will be processed through whatever processing method that you used.

I suggest that you add tracking to the return shipping to make sure that the product gets returned successfully and so that you can track it and have insurance if the product gets lost.
