How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at email@example.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will not be allowed and will not be entertained. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
On the side note, a handling charge will be charged 10% of the product price will be charged as handling charge for item cancellation.
How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Your Order on top of the glamgoodiez homepage, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status. You can also see your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or text (210) 446-6892.
When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, your tracking number is generated and a email is sent. If you have questions you can email firstname.lastname@example.org, or text (210) 446-6892.
Where can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email address If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days, please send us an email email@example.com.
You will automatically receive your tracking number after 1 day if not the same day of your order. If you have not received your tracking number within 1 business days, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by the shipping method that you choose.
I need my order faster do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes if you choose expedited shipping!
How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days (but typically less! This is a one person operation, I process orders daily) .
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
I use the Bella Canvas regular fit t-shirts. They are really soft and do not fade as bad over time.
Can I order custom press-ons?
Yes, just send me an email at email@example.com with your desired set. I will send you a quote and once you pay the invoice and provide your sizes I will get started on the set. Custom sets typically take 1 week depending on order volume.
Are you using sign vinyl for your airbrush stencils?
No, I use stencil masking that I import from Japan. It is malleable, durable and reusable as long as you take care of them.
